The team Dr Price has assembled is nothing short of fantastic. Thru all phases of my two surgeries, 2 complete shoulder replacements, the care has been totally first class. I could always reach the administrative staff for schedShow moreuling, meds and advice, either directly or with a prompt return calls. All my doctor office visits were timely with short waits, immediate x-ray technician for pictures in-house and also working together with my PT sessions since i am 30mi away. The surgery was well documented - even I knew each next date time and step clearly and that says a lot. As far as the physical therapy, i cant say enough. I’ve had a lot over the last 30 yrs with these bad shoulders and this group is simply the best! Dr. Prices assistants have given the clearest readings of my x-Rays and MRI’s ever and thats another big one since i am spatially challenged. I dont think i could give a higher recommendation for this team.
Dr. Price has been leading me through a very difficult time in my life where my sports pursuits, and previous surgeries (shoulders) were done with earlier strategies and technologies that simply weren't as good as the techniques tShow moreoday. Simply put, both shoulders are wearing out precipitously with great pain and limitation. My first shoulder replacement was immediately obviously way better than previous shoulder surgeries. I am so happy with not only the surgery but the incredible follow-up Physical Therapy team that I am now pushing up my other shoulder replacement because it is flailing in comparison to my new shoulder. My range of motion is outrageously good. I have to give up a whole golf season - but it is worth it. You wont be dissappointed going with the team Dr. Price has assembled at the Elite Sports Medicine facilities.
Chad Price, MD, specializes in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery of the hip, knee, and shoulder. Dr. Price currently sees patients at Elite Sports Medicine + Orthopedics’s Midtown and Green Hills locations in Nashville and Cool Springs office in Franklin, Tennessee.
He received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis and continued his medical training with a residency at the University of Florida Health Shands Hospital. Dr. Price finished his medical training with a fellowship at the Steadman Hawkins Clinic for Sports Medicine and Shoulder Reconstruction in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Dr. Price previously served as a team physician for Mt. Juliet High School in Tennessee and was previously an affiliate team physician in the National Football League from 2009-2012.
