After Doctor I had seen for more than a decade retired I was concerned about finding a new doctor. Should not have been because I found Courtney Dechesaro to be an excellent health care provider and resource. She is professionalShow more, very experienced and listens/understands her patients. We have had the worst luck with drs I’m the last 15 years so we were cautious making this appointment. After lord of research we decided to give Courtney Dechesaro a try. Hands down the best provider anyone in my family has ever sShow moreeen! She is outstanding. The office was clean, all the staff were knowledgeable and friendly and the phlebotomist was wonderful. This was my first visit at Canyon Family Medicine. Reception was kind and respectful. The Medical Assistant was competent and sweet. Courtney was a ray of sunshine for me. She seems very knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Her demeanor is pleasant and non rushed. Great to have an interaction with a provider who actually makes eye contact and listens! I think I found a new medical home! ??

I’ve dealt with a vast series of symptoms that have gotten in the way of a full and comfortable life for a long time, Courtney is the first practitioner to make me feel like she’s taking a serious and personal interest in my well-being. I sincerely appreciate her compassionate and thorough approach. The staff has also been very lovely. I couldn’t feel more heard and cared for here.
Love how Courtney helps you feel so relaxed and as if you are the only patient in the office and she has all the time in the world. She's great!!

Courtney is quite possibly the best doctor I have ever been seen by. She actually listens to your frustrations / worries and provides so many different options. She is super sweet and I feel like she genuinely cares about my health vs a paycheck. I have absolutely zero complaints about her! She is fabulous!
The doctor's attention is incredible, she gives a lot of confidence and she is very kind. He also explains the results of the exams very well and clarifies any doubts one may have.
