Dave has a very soft spoken manner which I greatly appreciate. Sometimes I feel as though I want him to just tell me the answer, or tell me what I need to do, but he doesn’t. Instead, he helps me along the way, asking me questioShow morens - sometimes I have no reply and I have to think about the question. He has a way about him that encourages me to reach my own conclusions. When I have, he typically nods his head in agreement and states he thinks that sounds like a good decision.
