About Ms. Dawn Evancho, PA-C

Dawn Evancho, PA-C, is a physician's assistant at Generations Family Practice located in Cary, North Carolina.

Born and raised in upstate New York, Dawn attended the State University of New York, earning her bachelor’s degree in biology. She then completed the physician assistant program at Charles Drew University in downtown Los Angeles, California. 

In 1991, after finishing school, Dawn married her high school sweetheart, Ron, and settled in Denver, Colorado, where she practiced pediatrics. The family moved to Cary, North Carolina, in 1997, where Dawn discovered her love for family medicine.

Dawn and Ron have two daughters. Their oldest daughter followed Dawn’s footsteps and works as an OB/GYN resident. Their youngest daughter followed Ron’s footsteps and is studying biomedical engineering. The family also has a dog named Molly. 

While Dawn is especially interested in providing women’s and children’s care, she loves all her patients, who range in age. Dawn and her family enjoy attending sporting events, amusement parks, and spending time at the beach when she's not working.
