I am very pleased with today's visit. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30am. I checked into the clinic about 5 minutes early. I was very grateful that there was no other patients in the lobby. The last time I was here, the lobbShow morey was more crowded for my liking and I decided to wait in my car. I felt safe today; and, I felt that the clinic was taking necessary steps to limit the number of patients in the waiting room. I was called to the back within 15 minutes of my arrival. It didn't take long for the Doctor to come in and perform my procedure which took all of 5 minutes including numbing the area. The best part of all, was that it was completely painless and the whole visit only took about 35 minutes
My name is Sherry Herrmann and I saw Dennis Polley, Ii, PA-C yesterday which was January 9th 2024, and I had the most wonderful experience, I just loved it. First of all, the office was spotlessly clean, all of the staff were jusShow moret as kind and caring and so proficient in their jobs. Dennis Polley, ii, PA-C, was just as nice as he could be and he made me feel so comfortable. I thought he was very thorough with my examination and very proficient and caring. He truly cares about his patients. I am so very happy that I came to his practice and I look forward to going back for a follow-up in April.

My appointment was fairly quick, which is always appreciated. Dr. Polley and all of the staff were extremely nice. I feel confident that my concerns were fully addressed, too, which is the most important thing. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs to see a dermatologist.

I was referred to Dr. Polley for possible Basal Cell carcinoma and I was very nervous. As soon as walked into my room. He introduces himself and told you're going to be okay. very gentle, compassionate and extremely through. He took a look and told me I had no Cancer !!! He presented 3 medications and told me if I had questions or concerns to call. 6 month check up in November. I give both he and his staff a 10 out of 5 !!! Don't go anywhere else !!!

Dennis Polley is thorough, professional, and personable. The staff were all well-trained and courteous. I am glad I went there.
No answers to my condition. Didn't do the basic exam, blood pressure or temperature check. Bedside manners were OK but there was no privacy in exposing my backside, and no assistance from the assistant. I would not go back.
