Dr. Ibrahim is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. She takes her time with my elderly parent kept her alive. The office staff is polite and always smiling. They have been very responsive to my texts in a timely manner. The oShow moreffice is also very clean. Where they fall short is the time of appointment to the time the doctor comes into the room. Though I understand timing depends on each patient, I felt 1 hour and 20 minutes later for the doctor to walk into our room was way too long.
I have been a patient of Dr. Dina Ibrahim for approximately 15 years. She has also cared for other family members of mine. Staff is very pleasant, friendly & informative . If they don’t know answer to question you have, they will Show morefind out quickly. No long waiting time for appointment. Dr. Ibrahim is very professional, caring. & concerned about her patients. My only concern is every time I go for an appt. I am waiting for an hour to get in and see the doctor.
Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, kind and professional.
If you knew my appointment needed labs turned in, and you did not have them as of yesterday, why not notify me as a patient so we did not have to waste 2 hours this morning. I will be leaving the same review with my primary doctor's lab. They also dropped the ball.
Dr. Ibrahim is very professional always striving to make her practice better but it is her bedside manner and ability to listen and respond compassionately. She is outstanding and knowledgeable! I trust her explicitly!

I really liked Dr. Ibrahim. She was warm and friendly. And I liked her nursing staff. However, I waited for 2.5 hours to see the doctor on my first visit. And 2 hours on my second visit. After which I spend about 15 minutes with the doctor. I was on time to both my appointments. Those wait times are insane. I wouldn’t do that again unless it was my only option.
yes it was good to see her again. She's always a welcoming face to see. She knows what she's talking about and shares that with you.

If you have any question about anything she will take the time to answer your question an explain everything to you so you can understand she is a very nice person she will help you the best she can
