Liz Gilmore is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Prior to becoming licensed, she worked with children and adolescents at the inpatient psychiatric level and gained experience turning crisis situations into learning opportunities to change self-defeating behaviors. Additionally, she has worked with children who struggle with anger management and increased stress levels at a specialized Stop Now And Plan (SNAP) summer camp. She has worked with both children and their families as a Therapeutic Support Staff, and has provided group and individual counseling and assisted with outreach programs through a college counseling center. She has counseled children, adolescents, families, and adults struggling with a variety of issues including school/home behavioral issues, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
