My feedback is mostly about the experience and not Dr. Love specifically! However, Dr. Love answered my questions and understood my thoughts/concerns which relieved some of my birth control stress. I appreciate how attentive the Show morestaff was. It was great to meet Dr. Love to discuss birth control options, however the appointment ended up being less than 10 minutes, so having a telehealth option for shorter appointments would be appreciated. I think I would've gotten the same experience from telehealth, as I was mostly looking to talk to Dr. Love for the first time and get some questions answered. I was asked to call back in a few business days to set up another appointment, and was a frustrated when I was being asked questions that I completed a few days prior. I was under the impression that there would be a digital log of my answers by the time I was to set up my next appointment. I'm certain that it wasn't the fault of the person who took my call. There was also some mixed communication on when it was appropriate to reinsert an IUD. I recall asking Dr. Love if it mattered that it was the end of my period and it seemed like it could be inserted any time, but end of period is preferred, whereas the person scheduling my appointment seemed set on only scheduling it when it was the end of my period.
I truly had the BEST experience. The moment I walked in and I was greeted so kindly. I was switching doctors after many years and was very nervous about the change. Everyone from the admin, nurses, techs, ultrasound techs, etc werShow moree so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. They were professional, knowledgeable, sweet, kind and funny. I just had a feeling the doctor would be amazing because they tend to hire people just like them. It was all a very good sign. Dr. Love was patient, kind, didn't feel rushed at all, read my records, and was so nice, smart and thorough and interested in what I had to say. I would recommend this practice very highly. Heather Love, MD, MPH, is a board certified gynecology and obstetrics specialist at Burlington OBGYN Associates in Burlington, Massachusetts. She specializes in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery using robotic, vaginal, and laparoscopic approaches.
She is also skilled in hysteroscopy, vaginal surgery, preventive care, contraception and family planning, sexual health, colposcopies, and low- and high-risk obstetrics care. She manages abnormal bleeding, abnormal Pap smears, and many other gynecological conditions.
Dr. Love graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and community health from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. She received a Master of Public Health and Doctor of Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston.
Dr. Love is highly trained and delivers comprehensive, compassionate care for women in all life stages. She completed obstetrics and gynecology residency training at the Department of OBGYN Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. She has also published numerous studies in prestigious medical journals.

First time here. Everyone was so friendly and inviting I was a bit nervous but the environment and friendly atmosphere put me right at ease. I would recommend this place everyone was great and the doctor was super sweet and seemed to care and listen.
She was so kind and open to questions. She made everything feel normal and not uncomfortable. She answered all my questions truthfully and made sure i was confident with my choices!

Dr love is really a good doc. She has alot of patience to listen to her patients and profound good solutions to problems.

Have been going to this office for 24 years. Fast in and out. I usually don’t wait for more than five minutes. Dr. Cho is thorough and never in a rush. She listens and gives recommendations when needed. My daughter now goes there too.
