My appointment was cancelled due to an error by the office staff. They said my insurance would not pay for surgery, which I was Not there for any surgery. It was for a follow up of PSA. Not only that but even if that was true, whyShow more would they NOT CONTACT ME TO ADVISE ME OF THE CHANGE? I was told it was a mistake in my medical record! REALLY???? This is the second time I was not treated appropriately. In Febuary I had an appointment on the 14th and they lost my record and they had to reschedule my appointment until the following week, after they found my records.
Yes yes, I was treated great and impressed, very much. Receptionist was great wearing a smile, had our paper work, great way to greet customers. My entire experience was well done. Everyone wearing a smile, kind easy to talk to anShow mored they knew their part. Doctors and Nurses extremely qualified, and did a great great presentation and kindness delivered. I feel great, thanks to all of the people I had opportunity to meet. Again, yes so very well done. God bless and thanks for being there each and everyone of your team.
With a distinguished career both in and out of the medical field, Henry Rosevear, MD, has established himself as a respected and well-loved member of the CSUA: Woodmen team serving the community of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Dr. Rosevear has excelled in both the clinical as well as the research setting and has a wide skill base in urologic oncology. In addition, he is proficient in laparoscopic and daVinci® robotic surgery.
Prior to his medical career, Dr. Rosevear proudly served in the Navy as an officer on board a fast attack submarine, the USS Pittsburgh. During his time in the navy , he served in two deployments to the Persian Gulf, including combat experience as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal for his service and is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Dr. Rosevear completed medical school at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Michigan, graduating with both academic and research distinction. He then moved to the University of Iowa in Iowa City, where he completed his general surgery internship as well as his urology residency.
In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Rosevear has published over two dozen academic articles and multiple book chapters, mostly about urologic oncology.

Overall I was happy with my visit. Dr. Was engaged and seemed to be right on track with me. I’m a little surprised there was no follow up or in-line portal. Been seeing a urologist for over 20 years and their office would always call and give you a PSA number. Also, an online portal is handy for keeping up with your records. I’ll be back next year!
Dr. Rosevear gave good advice and did the necessary surgery that had been needed since February. Too bad he has left Colorado Springs.

Never have to wait. Patient oriented. Gets things done immediately. Best urologist I have ever had.

Visit was better then I expected.
I have been seeing Dr. Rosevear for years and have been very satisfied with the services provided by Colorado Springs Urological Associates. The office staff is pleasant, prompt, and professional. Dr. Rosevear's vast knowledge and diagnostic expertise have contributed to my well being. Now, at age 74, I rely on his decisions about my health to make my life better and they have done just that. I look forward to our continuing professional relationship.
