About Jane Butler

It takes COURAGE (whether you feel courageous or not at this point) to truly look at ourselves and our lives and the relationships we share in life. My therapeutic approach is warm and direct. I believe in a holistic approach to my therapeutic practice. I'll help you look at your physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual self, and see how all are connected. I use a wide range of therapeutic models and interventions, both traditional & non-traditional, to facilitate healing change and growth. The focus is on the individual person and helping facilitate where that person needs to go. Regardless of what brought you in the door-a crisis, a belief or behavioral system that just isn't working anymore, loss, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or if you are seeking a more cutting edge coaching approach to get to that next level in life -I look forward to walking through that journey together.
