My child’s therapist was supportive of us right from the outset. She approached my child as an individual which helped them quickly build trust. She was able to help my child address their anxiety issues and develop coping skills,Show more eventually to the point of internalizing them. My child was noticeably less anxious within a few months, and overall was able get much more comfortable with talking their feelings out and understanding and managing their triggers. Highly recommended.
Great therapist, absolutely listens, and cares. I recently have been on a break with a partner, and I texted her about it, and she scheduled an emergency therapy session in order to help me. That is what a good therapist does.
