About Dr. John Turner, MD

Dr. Turner graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996 with a degree in Biology. He then attended medical school at Ross University School of medicine. He trained in Family Medicine at Brackenridge university medical center in Austin, Texas. He was an attending physician for a Family medicine residency program in New Mexico for a few years before deciding to go full time in emergency medicine. In 2014 he opened his first of six ER’s and 3 urgent care clinics. He has also added an online virtual clinic and will have a mobile medical service opening in 2019. He has a beautiful wife and son he loves dearly. He enjoys flying, floating on the river and eating amazing food.
