I transferred to Pflugerville OBGyn from another medical group's office. I appreciated several things about this location and Dr. Justiss specifically. My appointment was very timely. The wait to get into the exam room and then tShow moreo see the doctor were very reasonable. The nurses are very personable as is Dr. Justiss herself. I did not feel rushed and was able to go through my medical history and any current issues as thoroughly as I felt was needed. I appreciated the efficiency of the online pre-registration system. It really saves time at check-in. I also set up an account through the portal. I think that will be very useful to track issues and communicate with the doctor or nurses whenever necessary.
Dr. Justiss was amazing. She answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of information regarding my pregnancy that I found to be very helpful. Mahta Rouhani, MD, is a caring and compassionate women’s health practitioner who believes strongly that every woman deserves access to top-quality care. She started with Ob North and is proud to join the Pflugerville/River Place Ob-Gyn team.
Education has always been a guiding force in Dr. Rouhani’s life. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas (UT) in Austin. She then earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB Health) at Galveston before completing her residency at Houston Methodist Obstetrics and Gynecology in Texas.
Dr. Rouhani takes the time to get to know every woman in her care. She understands that great wellness encompasses not just physical health but also the mental, emotional, and spiritual elements of a woman’s life.

Dr. Justiss was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I feel so fortunate to have had the experience I did where every process was explained to me.
She went through everything with me and answered all my questions, she was kind even though I was probably just paranoid, and she made me feel like she cared! I love this place.
