Really liked this place, the women were all very kind and some even funny. The front desk clerk was welcoming and helpful when it came to a payment plan. The nurse that had me walk in and took my weight and blood pressure was veryShow more sweet and had my partner and me laughing. The ultrasound tech was very patient with my baby, my baby was refusing to show her face or uncross her legs, but the tech was patient and kind during the process. The Dr. That came in to see us was very kind as well and answered any questions we had. My only issue was the lady by the door that rescheduled us, she already seemed unprofessional off the bat by having her airpod on during work. Didn't really have a welcoming personality. While she was scheduling us for a follow up she mentioned that I was considered a high risk pregnancy, which really spooked me because none of the Dr's or nurses that I'd been seeing during my pregnancy had mentioned that at any point during me process I was considered high risk. I believe maybe she was just speaking without any knowledge of the reason why I had been referred to their location. Her comment did send me home with a cloud over my mind and wondering if maybe I was but no one was mentioning it, my hormones did get the best of me and my anxiety was elevated. I contacted my Dr when I got home and she assured me that I was fine and that everything was looking good.
I really really enjoyed Dr. Khine. She was extremely sweet and comforting. The front staff was very friendly and even the medical assistant was great. My problem was with the ultrasound technician. My fiance and I were very scaredShow more going to this appointment because I did not have insurance the first 5+ months of pregnancy. This was the first anatomy check and it was really scary for us because even though I did everything I could to take care of myself and baby, I am not a doctor. So making sure baby is ok was important for us. As soon as the tech started we were asking something like oh is that her head and immediately she snapped and said "ok I cannot answer every question you have. I have to concentrate and take the pictures I need." Ok fair enough. But everytime my fiance spoke she would snap at him after that. He told her why he was so anxious and talking a lot and she didn't seem to understand or care. It was so uncomfortable and felt really really cold sitting in a room looking at a screen not knowing what I'm looking at for an hour. It ruined the whole experience because baby is healthy. You would think that a tech working at a center that specializes in high risk pregnancy would have more compassion for first time parents that's all.

She was very rude and judgmental about some of my life situations.
Incredible experience. From the check-in/front desk staff, to the doctors and technicians- it was a such a great visit!
My perinatal care was excellent. I felt that all my questions and concerns were answered. Special thanks to Debbie the diabetic educator for being nonjudgmental and supportive, and to NP Abalos and the rest of the support staff gor their kindness ! Dr. Mary Khine is professional and straightforward. She is very knowledgeable which I appreciate, however she could work on her approach and professionalism.
I was nervous to go to my appt but they were so amazing and calm and never made me feel judged. The whole visit was just calm and reassuring. They answered every question and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend them to everyone who needs them.
They are very sweet and understanding there… the place is always clean and I love how they are very attentive to you and always talk to you and ask you how you are doing they also speak to you when they do the ultrasound letting you know what they are doing and I love that…

Amazing
Great doctors just slow paced
This was my first time visiting the staff was really friendly and I really liked the attentiveness and cleanliness.
Overall we had a good experience. My doctor was a big arrogant and didn’t have the best beside manner but aside from that no complaints.
Fast, professional, and knowledgeable

dr khine was very helpful and nice ! felt comfortable with her and she was able to provide very good information
Ultrasound tech wasn't very helpful. Didn't really explain what we were looking at and just kept repeating she needed to do her job and spoke to the machine she was having trouble with mostly. Would have liked to know more information but my questions went unanswered most of the time.
Dr. Khine is so friendly, accommodating, informative and she really care about her patients.
The staff are caring and very helpful.
