About Mona Manzar, RDN

Mona Manzar, RDN, is a Registered Dietitian & Nutritionist at Maniya Health, located in Hamilton, New Jersey. She has over 20 years of experience in both hospital and clinic settings and truly believes that natural food and lifestyle have the power to heal and reverse many of today's chronic diseases.

Mona earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University and completed her dietitian training at Montclair State University. She then spent over 20 years working at RWJ Hamilton Hospital and running her own practice.

Mona is also a member of the US Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is Registered with the Commission on Dietetics. She lives in East Windsor, NJ with her husband, and enjoys plant-based cooking, gardening, and yoga.
