Natalia is a passionate mental health counselor with a rich multicultural identity. Having immigrated to this country 30 years ago, she understands the unique challenges and transitions that come when navigating new cultures. Her training has included master's degree coursework in Clinical Mental Health from the College of William and Mary. In her work, she particularly values the effectiveness of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotional Freedom Tapping, and an existential approach. She helps her clients envision new life and explore the fundamental question every human asks: "What is your true purpose and how do you get there?" Fluent in both Russian and English, she brings a global perspective to her work, having traveled to over 70 countries and experienced the world's diversity firsthand.
