About Randee Dickinson, LE

Randee earned her license as an Aesthetician (LE) while she was living in California in 2009.  Her gateway to medical aesthetics in a dermatology office came in 2010. She earned her stripes by holding prestigious positions over time, including training other aestheticians in laser education and working with dermatology practices in Houston and Austin.  Randee also started her own company, Skin by Randee, which Magnolia Dermatolgy is honored to feature.  Randee holds the highest training certification available for laser in Texas, Laser Professional.
 
Los Angeles, California is her place of origin, but Randee has called Texas home since 2015 when she moved to Austin.  Since then, she has held positions in both cities and is excited to settle in with Magnolia Dermatology.
 
Lasers are one of Randee's passions (she considers herself "a huge laser geek").  In her spare time, Randee might be caught buffing up her skills by reading laser manuals or clinical studies.  Randee is also committed to result-driven skin care regimens and procedures tailored specifically to meet the needs of each of her clients.
 
Before embarking on her aesthetic journey, Randee worked with animals, including raccoons, a donkey, squirrels, and a beaver named Huckleberry.  After Hurricane Harvey, Randee rescued her dog Wallie, who captured her heart immediately.  
 
Randee, utilizing her "Skin by Randee method," offers personalized skin care regimens, Hydrafacials, custom facials, chemical peels, SkinPen microneedling, IPL photofacials, laser hair removal, and radiofrequency microneedling.
