You won’t find a better Podiatrist than Dr. Ryan Shock! Whether it’s routine foot and ankle concerns or advanced surgery he’s the man to see! He always takes time to answer all your questions and his staff is excellent also! Highly recommended!!!

It is always an experience visiting with Dr. Shock as he is a very funny guy. He gets you to overcome your fears quickly, for sure. He keeps you moving toward your goals after surgery. So recovery is timely. Like him and his staff a lot.

Dr. Shock absolutely saved my feet! I’ve had several issues through the years, and without his help with my severe plantar fasciitis (both feet) I’d never have been able to get back into normal (and cute!) shoes again. Dr. Shock and his team are amazing.
There are no words to express my gratitude for Dr. Shock He is one of the best doctors I’ve met. He is passionate and has a wonderful sense of humor. I had been waiting on Ortho for months in pain, when I mentioned my challenges to him which I wasn’t even there for, he just said “I got you” and took care of everything on the spot including having x-rays done. He is amazing!!
I have been very pleased with every visit and my surgical experience to date with Dr. Shock. He explains his treatment plan very clearly and leaves no room for surprises. He responds to questions fully and understandably. When I was concerned about the inserts for my shoes, he listened to my concerns, agreed with my goals and returned the inserts for a redo. i respect a doctor who listens to his patients' needs and addresses them appropriately and expertly. And he is a very friendly, professional man who conveys confidence and earns trust in what he is doing.

After years of unsuccessful surgeries by others and 5 years of debilitating ankle pain, I was at the end of hope. I had seen Dr. Shock one of those years, and I remember him saying that even though I had surgery, this was a condition I need to manage for life and that he would provide all the treatments available to help me manage it. I never forgot that. So when other surgeons were singularly focused on surgery and those failed, I knew Shock was my last hope. Through listening to my history, we assessed that a total ankle replacement was necessary. I was nervous given my past disappointments, but I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to do it. Since my surgery, the post op care has been phenomenal. It's the thing that truly sets Shock apart from anyone else. He does not stop at surgery. He will continue to treat his patients holistically, throwing everything he can at it. For instance, he's treating my scar, and no other surgeon cared about those sorts of things. I'm seeing amazing results from my surgery already. I can do things I haven't been able to do in 5 years. And I know he's there for me through this journey. I'm so thankful for Dr. Shock and highly recommend him and his staff.
