This was my first appointment here, and it was with Dr. Saks. She was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. It was refreshing to be talked to as a whole person, not just as a “medical condition” or as an “interesting case”. Like Show moreI said, I just met Dr. Saks but her sincerity and professionalism combined with her medical knowledge made me believe that I can trust her to help me get to the root of my medical issues and correct them. I’m at the beginning of this medical journey, but am grateful that I found a cardiologist who, I believe, will give me competent medical advice that is in my best interest. Yes, I would recommend her to anyone needing a cardiologist.
Dr Saks and her assistant were both nice and asked a lot of questions. I liked that they explained what tests they would run and the reasons and possibilities. They mentioned something I thought might be related to what I have beeShow moren experiencing. The girl at the front office quoted me a different price for copay than what was shown in the checkin paperwork on their website. She would benefit from educating herself and having a more pleasant attitude.
Shani Saks, DO, MS, FACOI, is an experienced cardiologist with the team at Arizona Heart Arrhythmia Associates, with locations in Phoenix, Avondale, Tempe, Chandler, Sun City, Dewey, and Prescott Valley, Arizona. She specializes in general cardiology, treating conditions such as high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, and chest pain. Dr. Saks received her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. I was surprised that your office didn't have any of my medical records or test results when I arrived for my appointment. I have authorized the sharing of information between my general practitioner Cindy Brown 's office and all other doctors that I've seen this year. All you need to do is request a copy of what you require from her office.

Dr.Saks was extremely thorough, caring and communicative throughout my appointments. She was fully informed on recent lab tests and other appropriate data and not only recommended future blood work and testing but efficiently provided the written orders at the conclusion of the appointment. Her personal manner is warm and welcoming, she does not hesitate to answer my questions, and I recommend her to everyone I know in need of excellent cardiac care.
