About Sheila Martin, RMT CNMT

Sheila R. Martin is a natural health professional and health coach at Heritage Medical Spa, LLC in Aurora, Colorado. Sheila takes a holistic and individualized approach, providing alternative treatments to promote health and well-being at her wellness and aesthetic practice.

After completing 600 hours of education and hands-on bodywork at Cambridge Massage School in Aurora, Colorado, Sheila earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology, life coaching/crisis counseling, and business management at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. 

She continued her education and training at Stafford Career Institute in St. Albans, Vermont, completing coursework to become a natural health consultant. Sheila then studied esthetics at Pickens Technical College in Aurora.

Sheila has advanced training in numerous aesthetic treatments that benefit her clients at Heritage Medical Spa, LLC, including facials and body waxing, microneedling, dermaplaning, and eyebrow and eyelash tinting. She’s trained to use innovative aesthetic tools, such as NuFACE®, DiamondGlow®, and microdermabrasion. 

Dedicated to her education and career, Sheila was awarded the Alpha Beta Alpha Sorority Honors from Liberty University Honor Society and the National Technical Honor Society with Pickens Technical College. She’s also involved in Cambridge Massage School Who's Who.

In her spare time, Sheila enjoys writing, cooking, traveling, mentoring, and faith-based coaching. She’s passionate about charitable organizations and works with homeless outreach and prison outreach programs.
