I only moved to this pain center about 4 months ago. I transfered over to stay with Dr. White after he moved to this location. I understand there was a very large number of other patients also came telling you how well he is thougShow moreht of. With this many new patients coming to this location at one time that their might be problems, but not the case, from first appointment I felt like I belonged there all along. Everyone is so nice and friendly and glad to help. When you know with all the new patients at one time that it would be crazy at best. But not the case. I felt at home from first appointment . Today was no different, got signed in and to the back for my appointment really fast and again, everyone treated me like I was a long time patient from check in to check out. And I don't know how I can express my feelings about Dr. White and his care. The fact that I followed him from one office to a new one should say it all. Dr. White is that type of doctor he is. 110 % professional and caring and I always get the feeling that you are very important to him.
I Had Injections done yesterday and it all went well I did not feel a thing just a little pressure But when I got home that is when it started I was up all day and all night with a migraine my blood pressure and pulse was high I sShow moretill have not been to sleep and I still have the headache I took a Nurtec for it but it is not working I was going to call the office only I do not like your phone system and if no one answers it counts for a call and if you call again you charge us 50.00 dollars for calling and I just cannot afford that I love Dr White he is a wonderful doctor that is why I followed him there the parking is bad also does not leave parking for the handicap I know all of you are doing the best you can to take care of all his patients that follow him there you should consider the portal to leave messages Thank You
Thomas S. White, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist by the American Board of Anesthesiology and board-certified in interventional pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is an associate physician at Procura Pain and Spine in The Woodlands, Texas.
Raised in Cypress, Texas, Dr. White’s education began at the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in biochemistry. Following his undergraduate years, he embarked on his career in medicine, attending the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, where he earned his medical degree. Shortly after, he continued his comprehensive training by completing his anesthesiology residency at Baylor College of Medicine. He later moved on to complete his fellowship training in interventional pain management at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine.
Dr. White uses a multimodal approach to treat pain, including the use of injections and advanced surgical procedures such as sacroiliac joint stabilization, interspinous spacers, lateral arthrodesis, intrathecal pump implantation, as well as spinal cord stimulation. He is a consultant for Medtronic and is currently the principal investigator for three randomized control trials involving the use of the Spinal Cord Stimulator Differential Targeted Multiplex (DTM) waveform for various pain states.
Alongside his scholastic achievements, Dr. White is also an active member of multiple societies, including the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, the Spine Interventional Society, as well as the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
Outside of medicine, Dr. White spends time with his wife and two daughters and is a passionate Texas Longhorns football fan.

I've been seeing Dr. White for 5-6 years....very professional, listens to all your concerns or pain problems. & is very knowledgeable in many different pain solutions. He gives honest and caring answers to problems or pain issues, he then proceeds to getting your pain issues minimized or hopefully nullified in the future!
The staff and Dr. White are very professional and do the best to make sure you receive relief. I would recommend them to anybody that is in pain and they will do their best to help you
