Procura Pain & Spine is the first and only private practice in Texas to offer truly innovative pain management services. With an office in Shenandoah, Texas, serving those living in and around The Woodlands area, our triple board-certified pain management physicians work as a team, taking an integrative and holistic approach to care.
Procura Pain & Spine specializes in treating acute and chronic pain conditions, including arthritis, back pain, neck pain, cancer pain, complex regional pain syndrome, failed back surgery, and sciatica. Our practice uses interventional pain procedures to help patients enjoy long-term relief from their discomfort, including epidural injections, joint injections, and nerve blocks.
But Procura Pain & Spine offers more than just injections. Our pain management practice proudly offers advanced interventional treatments and surgeries to help patients suffering from chronic pain, including ketamine infusion, pain pumps, and peripheral nerve stimulation.
Our team of board-certified pain physicians also performs minimally invasive spine surgery to treat chronic back pain, including facet joint fusions, endoscopic discectomy, and The Vertiflex™ Procedure for lumbar spinal stenosis. Taking a whole-body approach, our team considers each patient’s biological, psychological, and social well-being when designing a treatment plan. He’s was the most compassionate and thorough Dr. ive ever seen. He explained everything in detail about my procedure. To tell you how confident I fill about him, I have a “bonus” insurance I can use called surgery plus and pay nothing. He’s not in network with them but yet I decided to still let him take care of me. Being compassionate and thorough and patient goes along way. It means more to me than anything in the world. Thank you for allowing me to leave this review.

In pain for years, since '90's. Glad I finally told Dr White about it.
I love the fact that Dr. White wants to explore every avenue to help control your pain. He doesn’t just write you a prescription and send you on your way. He actually talks to you about other options as well. He has a pleasant bedside manner that makes you feel like he really cares. I’ve been to a few different pain management doctors and I can honestly tell you that it’s hard to find one who cares. Most of them want to write you a script and push you through like cattle. I’ve really felt nurtured by both Dr. White and his PAs. If you’re looking for someone who listens and makes you feel like a person (not just cattle) I highly recommend Procura Pain Institute. Everyone there will make you feel like you’ve found the right place to go.

Dr. Wu is a great pain dr. I have been seeing him a couple of years. Not only does he treat my back pain. He cares about me as person. I need a lung transplant and he always ask about my lungs.
Very respectful and courteous. Dr. White and his staff help you by talking to you during the procedure,in fact he made me laugh. I feel very comfortable with him and I'm in my late 60's . I give him 5 stars . I had a great experience.

Office staff very efficient and nice. Dr Millett listened to all my concerns and answered all of my questions. He did not rush through my visit.
It’s always a good experience to see Dr Millet. He listens to what I need. The best pain Dr I have ever seen. Also they drug test often and monitor pain meds. Very friendly office staff. Would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Wu has literally gotten me to live again. He doesn’t make hasty decisions but once he does, he is committed to see it finished. I am so incredibly thankful to have found him! The staff is great and even though I’m only there every few months, they know me by name. Would hands down recommend!!
