About Dr. Tiffanie Breeding
Specializing in pre/post surgery optimization, performance nutrition and weight loss programming
Dr. Tiff has spent the past 10 years of her career in health and wellness, developing a successful and sustainable approach to creating a lifestyle of health and performance.
The MPOWER nutrition program is fueled by Dr. Tiff to partner with clients in creating and managing the best nutrition program that will help them reach their goals.
Dr. Tiff’s program is not a diet, because diets don’t work. This is a systematic, performance-driven system designed to increase metabolism, and create small steps that lead to big results. One time, for the last time.
A Quote by Dr. Tiff
“A healthy lifestyle starts with the science of understanding how your body uses food as fuel, and turns sweat into beautiful, chiseled muscle,” says Breeding. “Once I had mastered this for myself, I knew I had to bring that same foundation of scientific principles to everyone.”
Bio
Dr. Tiff grew up in Nashville, as she states, “home of Fried Chicken and Goo Goo Clusters.” It was not unusual for her to have homemade Buttermilk Biscuits with Chocolate Gravy for breakfast. Her one saving grace was that she grew up an athlete, transitioning from season to season, and eventually competing at AAU and Club levels throughout high school. Once she got out of college, like so many competitive athletes, she had to re-learn how and what to eat in order to maintain the body she wanted. Dr. Tiff started going to the gym for the first time, paying attention to what she put on her plate and in her body. She started cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. She was hooked, and she knows her clients can be too.
