As a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Family Wellness Coach, and co-founder of Healing Minds Integrative Mental Health, I specialize in treatment of adolescents and children with emotional, social, and behavioral challenges. Ingrid Suazo, DrHA, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She completed her master’s degree in nursing at West Coast University in California. For her post-graduate studies, Ingrid pursued a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program at Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. She completed her doctorate in healthcare administration at the Virginia University of Lynchburg. Ingrid has extensive experience working with severe mental health conditions.
Aaron Savedoff, M.D., is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry in the Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine, and has a wide variety of experience practicing in many different areas of psychiatry. In addition to private practice, he works as a supervising psychiatrist in the Emergency Department at Mount Sinai West and Mount Sinai Morningside hospitals.
Dr. Savedoff has been a staff psychiatrist at John Jay College and Fordham University. He has been a teaching attending at the Zirinsky Center at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, a research center for Bipolar Disorder. He has also been a staff psychiatrist at the Addiction Institute of Mount Sinai.
Dr. Savedoff has ample experience in treating addiction. He has worked in the detox setting treating various types of acute withdrawal syndromes. He has also worked in the rehabilitation setting helping patients to heal from their dependencies long term.
He has expertise in treating dependencies on Alcohol, sedatives such as Benzodiazepines and Barbiturates, stimulants such as Adderall and Methamphetamine, Opioids, Cocaine, Crystal meth, Cannabis, and various other prescription and non-prescription drugs. Dr. Amy Carnall, DNP, APN, PMHMP-BC, provides compassionate, high-quality care to all patients at Clarity Psychiatry Care in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
Dr. Amy received her graduate training at the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She specializes in behavioral and developmental disorders that afflict youth.
She is also trained in developmental testing utilized in the diagnosis and treatment of a multitude of childhood disorders, including Autism, ADHD, sensory deficits, motor skill disorders, and other developmental dysfunction.
Dr. Amy is Board-Certified in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatry. She also holds a Registered Nurse First Assist certification, allowing her to be a key surgical team member, working with surgeons in complex surgical cases.
She began her nursing career over 20 years ago. Originally trained as a pediatric critical care nurse, Dr. Amy quickly realized her innate ability to care for children. Throughout her dynamic career, she has cared for patients with a plethora of severe and chronic illnesses.
Dr. Amy is highly skilled at working with patients and their families to develop treatment plans conducive to the family unit.
Most recently, she received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania, and conducted her doctoral project on the effects of untreated ADHD in youth and the resulting comorbidity of substance abuse.
Matthew Minteer MSN, APN, PMHNP-BC, is an Advanced Practice Nurse specializing in Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatry at Clarity Psychiatric Care in Cherry Hill, NJ. Matthew has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field and currently works in multiple levels of care including PHP, IOP, and inpatient. Matthew is proud to join the team at Clarity to continue to provide high quality mental health care.
Matthew received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, from Widener University in 2011. Shortly after, Matthew found his passion for mental health care when he started working as a mental health technician at a psychiatric inpatient facility. While working, he decided to pursue his nursing degree, and graduated from Drexel’s 24 month accelerated nursing program in 2017. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Matthew continued his work in the mental health field as a charge nurse and eventually nursing supervisor.
Matthew followed his passion and furthered his education by obtaining his Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University in June of 2022, and obtained his ANCC PMHNP certification in August of 2022. Matthew has experience in treating adolescents, adults, older adults and caring for those with psychosis, mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, substance abuse, trauma, ADHD, and more.
Diane Burt started out serving in the Navy as a hospital Corpsman. She then went on to work as a LPN until she graduated from Cumberland County College with her nursing degree. Diane then went on to graduate from Wilmington University with her master’s degree and Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Then she became a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner graduating from University of South Alabama. Diane has been employed in numerous family medicine settings. For the past 11 years she has worked in a psychiatric setting at Center for Family Guidance.
