Waheed K. Bajwa, MD, is a board-certified adult and addiction psychiatry practitioner. Dr. Bajwa leads the experienced team at Cary Behavioral Health in Cary, North Carolina, providing the community with private practice care for over 20 years.
Dr. Bajwa is highly experienced, with over 30 years as a psychiatry specialist. After graduating from King Edward Medical University in Pakistan, he completed his residency at Harlem Hospital in New York as part of Columbia University.

Dr. Peter van Dyck received his BA degree from Cornell University and his MD degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine. He completed his Residency in Psychiatry at the UNC-Chapel Hill, and he has been Board-Certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. van Dyck has been in private practice in Raleigh for over 20 years. He is the former Medical Director of the Minirth-Meier/New Life Treatment Program at Holly Hill Hospital. He later served as Clinical Director of the adult inpatient program at Holly Hill Hospital.
