Dr. Medhat Guirguis obtained his medical diploma from Ain Shams University, Egypt. He completed his psychiatry residency training at Texas Tech University Health Science Center (TTUHSC), Lubbock, and for fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX, where he received fellowship training in Geriatric Psychiatry.
Dr. Guirguis has been a psychiatrist for more than ten years. He has worked in different clinical settings and held various administrative positions include the medical director of the geriatric unit at Terrell State Hospital and the Clerkship Director of psychiatry at TTUHSC.
Dr. Guirguis is Board certified in Adult General Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry. Krishnendu Ghosh, MD, is a double board-certified psychiatrist specializing in psychiatry and addiction medicine. He sees patients at AG Psychiatry located in Frisco and Little Elm, Texas. With over 16 years of various clinical experience, Dr. Ghosh has established a reputation for providing personalized, evidence-based care to patients struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, addiction, and related mental health issues.

Sandy Hong, PMHNP-BC, is a compassionate and highly trained psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at AG Psychiatry in Little Elm, Texas. She brings more than 17 years of diverse nursing experience to the team and has been practicing as a PMHNP since 2021. Her approach to mental health care is rooted in empathy, clinical expertise, and a commitment to supporting each patient’s unique journey toward healing and wellness.
Her academic background reflects a strong foundation in both science and public health. Sandy earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri, in May 2006. Dr. Agarwal completed her psychiatric residency at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, New York, and then received a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship from Stony Brook University Hospital in Stony Brook, New York.
