“I didnt have an appointment because she didnt show up once again. This is the second time she did this. I get constant reminders of the appointments does she not get reminders of the appointment? There is no communication and then there is no way to get in touch. The phone calls are obviously answer Ed by a 3rd party and they are no help. So I do not want to be charged for this appointment and a want a reliable doctor. I hope someone gets in touch with me tomorrow.”

“Dr. Piskala, as always, was attentive to my needs and feelings, very sincerely concerned for my own concerns about my well-being, she was and is extremely personable and friendly to the point to where there are times we get side tracked and talk about nails, beauty secrets, etc. but never in a manner that details or takes away from the appointment itself or away from the issues I am having and reasons as to why I am there in the first place. She is extremely respectful of my goals.”

"I was ready," he said.
Bahnassi came to Worcester in the early 1980s for a residency program at UMass Medical Center as a psychiatrist and never left. After completing his residency, he started Behavioral Healthcare Services, a practice he still leads after more than 25 years.
