NAD, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, is produced in the body, where it’s absolutely essential for energy production, neurotransmitter synthesis, and DNA repair.

An IV infusion of NAD is a safe and excellent way to detox. NAD isn’t addictive like medications used during other detox modalities, and it successfully stops cravings. Most patients find that their cravings are diminished within a day or two and gone by the end of their detox. NAD detox only takes about two weeks, and it’s done on an outpatient basis.
