I am Anita Rao, MD, an ABPN board-certified psychiatrist trained in adult psychiatry at Northwestern University, where I had the honor of being a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society, recognized for teaching medical students. I earned my MD from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine and obtained my undergraduate degree in International Health from Georgetown University. I adopt a holistic approach that goes beyond treating illness to focus on mental wellness and whole-person health. My specialization lies in anxiety and depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, and PTSD, with a particular focus on individuals new to psychiatric care. Saima Sabah, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist and the medical director of Mindful TMS Neurocare Centers, providing comprehensive mental health care to people in the River North neighborhood of Chicago, Crystal Lake, Wheaton, and Hinsdale, Illinois.

Dr. Sabah brings more than 20 years of experience to the practice. She studied at Loyola University Chicago, earning her medical degree.
