Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Victoria worked as an Operating Room Registered Nurse specializing in neurosurgery, spine, and trauma. Assisting in complex brain and spinal surgeries gave her a profound appreciation for the intricate relationship between the brain and human behavior.
