Rob is a friendly, experienced, and empathetic therapist who interned with Balance Point Wellness and is now building a case load with the practice who taught him. Graduating top in his class at Goldey-Beacom College, Rob is bringing his experience of treating anxiety, depression and trauma related disorders. Rob has worked with a diverse group of people; women, men, LGBTQ, and First Responders. He is experienced in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy. Prior to working in mental health Rob was active duty in the U.S. Air Force; living a life of adventure, he has been to more than a dozen countries, met people from faraway places, and brings that world experience to the therapy room. Rob enjoys day trips, taco trucks, and spending time at home with his fiancé and cats.
