I received my Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from NYU, with a minor in Creative Writing. I then completed the dual degree program at Teachers College, Columbia University with an EDM and MA in Psychological Counseling. I have experience with crisis counseling from volunteering at a suicide prevention hotline, and have worked with children, adolescents and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, identity exploration, grief and trauma during my clinical fieldwork. I also served as a Psychosocial Assistant at the Quad Preparatory School, helping children on the neurodivergent spectrum navigate their daily activities and interactions with others.

Her orientation is psychodynamic, and she will also use elements from CBT, Person- Centered and family system approaches.

Dana Tuqan is a licensed psychotherapist in private practice and a professional trainer. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University.
Dana's approach is rooted in psychodynamic theory, additionally tapping into motivational interviewing, CBT, and mindfulness-based theory. Earlier in her career, Dana worked as an HR consultant and trainer. She specialized in performance management, enabling individuals and businesses to maximize their potential.

Kathryn received her undergraduate degree with a Psychology major from C.W. Post University. Following graduation she began a career in Behavioral Analysis. After a few years of using behavioral analytical techniques with the Autistic population, she received her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling at New York University. Kathryn believes that each individual has unique experiences that add to the people we become, however, it does not define who we are. Kathryn uses a variety of counseling techniques and interventions to best serve the needs of her clients. She specializes in developmental disorders, but has experience with Mood disorders, Psychosis, Obessive Compulsive Disorder, Trauma, and Anxiety disorders.
