Varsha Sinha, MD, is a board-certified urologist at Vantage Medical Associates, P.C., providing complete urology care to adults in The Bergen Beach, Coney Island, Williamsburg, and Sheepshead Bay neighborhoods of Brooklyn, the Far Rockaway neighborhood of Queens, and Brentwood and Babylon, New York. Dr. Sinha studied at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, earning her bachelor’s degree in biology and graduating Magna Cum Laude. Then, she enrolled at the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine and obtained her medical degree.

Kjell Youngren, MD, brings nearly 20 years of urology experience to Advanced Urology in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey. In addition to general urology, he is skilled in treating chronic pelvic pain, overactive bladder, kidney stones, incontinence, and urologic cancers. He frequently performs painless, in-office, no-scalpel vasectomies.
Dr. Youngren graduated Bowdoin College summa cum laude, with honors in chemistry, and a double major in French. He also trained at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. Dr. Youngren interned in general surgery at the University of Southern California and completed his urology residency at UMDNJ-NJ Medical School, where he was the recipient of several awards for teaching and research.
Dr. Youngren is board certified by the American Board of Urology and an active member of the American Urological Association. He loves the challenges of community clinical practice and enjoys solving complex problems. His goal is to give relief, knowledge, and comfort to his patients and their families.
The son of two veterinarians, Dr. Youngren was raised with a love of nature, animals, the outdoors, and a deep sense of compassion and kindness. When not working, he enjoys spending family time with his wife and four children, hiking, reading, cooking and eating spicy food, collecting vintage jazz, soul, reggae and salsa records, building hi-fi equipment with vacuum tubes, and collecting vintage mechanical watches. Sumit De, MD, is a fellowship-trained urologic oncology physician at Vantage Health and Wellness, who provides patient-centric care for adult men living in and around New York City, New York.
Dr. De has extensive experience diagnosing and treating a variety of urologic conditions. He uses the latest treatment advancements and completed fellowship training in robotic surgery at Henry Ford Health System—Vattikuti Urology Institute in Detroit, Michigan.
Dr. De completed his bachelor’s degree at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, and later earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He pursued his internship and fellowship training in general surgery at Hahnemann University Hospital at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
For his urologic oncology fellowship, Dr. De attended the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center in Miami, Florida. He later served as a resident in urology at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.
Dr. De was actively involved in research in urology, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, and anesthesiology during his medical training. He has also co-authored numerous presentations and publications on subjects like endoscopic procedures and robotic surgery.
