Dr. Tung earned his Medical Degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. I made a appointment online and it got booked so I came in but the receptionist s did not want to honor it and found a reason to reschedule me over a month out not even understanding my situation. They told me I could not be seen because I got a new insurance card and they could not verify it on the weekend but I was able to call the insurance number and the computer verified my active status. I left very disappointed in my treatment and I could not believe the manager allowed it. ”
