It was at that point I became a NY transplant and worked at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY for my general practice residency. Cheng H. Tai, DDS, of Cheng H. Tai, DDS, MS, PC, New York City, came to the United States from his native Taiwan to pursue his education. He earned a Master's degree in Material Science from New York University while concurrently studying at the school’s University of Dentistry, where he earned his dental doctorate degree and specialty certificate in prosthodontics. Victor Zeines, DDS, MS, FAGD, FIND, Dr. Zeines has been practicing holistic dentistry for the past 25 years. He sees patients at his two New York City-area practice locations on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and in Shokan, New York.
He received his degree from New York University College of Dentistry and completed an internship at the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York. Dr. Zeines always believed that dentistry needed to do more than just “fix teeth.”

We have training in a wide range of dental specialties and are certified by Invisalign® for orthodontic treatments and by the Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorders Disciplines for dental sleep medicine. Outside of our practice, we believe in giving back to the community and spend time helping people in need through community service activities. Services we offer include dental implants, crowns, fixed teeth, removable teeth, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, invisalign, fillings, veneers, teeth whitening, and preventative care.
