Allison Jaekle is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Allison was born and raised locally on Long Island. She attended Binghamton University for her undergraduate degree in History with a concentration in Public Health. She then attended Touro College for a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Master in Physician Assistant Studies, where she received the Leadership, Academic, and Clinical Achievement awards upon graduation. She is currently an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, New York State Society of Physician Assistants, and the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants. Dr. Rallis obtained her Bachelor of Science degree with honors, followed by her medical degree with honors from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. During medical school, she was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha society. She then completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Utah and became board certified in Medicine. However, dermatology was her calling, leading her to pursue a Dermatology residency at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year. She remained on staff for seven years, becoming an Assistant Professor. Following a family decision to move to Greece, she became the Director of Dermatology at the Interbalkan European Medical Center in Northern Greece. She returned to the US in 2016, working as a dermatologist at Harvard Vanguard in Massachusetts before coming to NYC.

Vignesh Ramachandran, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology who treats adults and children in full-spectrum general, medical, and cosmetic dermatology conditions affecting the skin, hair and nails.

Carolyn Stull, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatologic surgeon. She treats the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions and specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, surgical reconstruction following skin cancer removal, and facial aesthetics.
Dr. Stull is originally from Philadelphia and served as an Instructor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania prior to joining MDCS. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Stull completed dermatology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where she served as chief resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. During fellowship she trained with experts in the management of rare and advanced skin cancers, complex surgical reconstruction and laser procedures. She also served as a sub-investigator for several clinical trials testing oncolytic viruses and immunotherapies for skin cancer treatment.

To further help him stay abreast of the ever-changing field of dermatology and to educate incoming physicians, Dr. Kihiczak serves as a faculty member at New York University Medical School.
Dr. Kihiczak is currently a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. He’s also board certified through the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Kihiczak continues to publish extensive research in dermatology and regularly presents his findings at national and international dermatology conferences.
Practicing general and cosmetic dermatology, as well as surgical dermatology, Dr. Kihiczak enjoys all aspects of skin care. He has special interests in skin cancer detection and surgery, skin rejuvenation, and laser surgery. He provides preventive and comprehensive care for patients of all ages and focuses on a strong patient-physician relationship.
We are happy to welcome Michelle Levy, MD to Manhattan Dermatology. She is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in medical, cosmetic and surgical dermatology, and treats both adults and children.
Dr. Levy is originally from Toronto, Canada. She completed both her medical training and dermatology residency at the University of Toronto, graduating with honors. During her schooling and dermatology training, Dr. Levy was the recipient of numerous awards for both academic excellence and for research and was selected by her program to serve as Chief Resident during her final year of training.
In addition to her residency, Dr. Levy has received advanced training in the non-invasive diagnosis of skin cancer from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She is board-certified by both the American Board of Dermatology and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Dr. Levy is a sought-after speaker and educator and has taught dermatology to many physicians in training. As part of her commitment to education, she serves as a clinical instructor at NYU’s Department of Dermatology. Dr. Levy’s interests include skin cancer detection and the treatment of acne and psoriasis.

Jordana Gilman, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in general medical and cosmetic dermatology. She sees patients at Manhattan Dermatology’s two locations on Park Avenue and East 36th Street in Murray Hill and Midtown East, Manhattan. Dr. Gilman understands the connection between appearance and self-esteem, as well as the importance of maximizing the health of the skin. She is committed to educating her patients about healthy skin and working with them to reach their goals. She believes that optimizing your skin health is essential to looking and feeling your best at any age.
A cum laude graduate of Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts, Dr. Gilman earned her medical degree at The George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, DC, and completed her dermatology residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Gilman is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery.
Dr. Gilman is often consulted by local and national print and television media for her expert opinion on medical advancements in dermatology and new aesthetic trends and procedures. She has appeared on MSNBC, Fox News, and the Dr. Oz Show and has been quoted in numerous regional and national publications.
Taking an individual approach with every patient, Dr. Gilman integrates each person’s needs in the context of his or her life and lifestyle. Dr. Gilman is known for her artistic eye and meticulous attention to detail, which allows her to provide her patients with natural-looking results. With a thorough understanding of the complex processes involved in skin aging and the numerous treatments available on the market today, Dr. Gilman customizes treatments for each individual patient.

As a double board-certified physician, William T. Long, MD, FAAD, is a trusted expert in all aspects of dermatology. With over three decades in practice, Dr. Long is an in-demand practitioner at Manhattan Dermatology’s two locations in Murray Hill and Midtown East, New York City.
After earning his doctor of medicine degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC, Dr. Long relocated to New York City for his postgraduate training. He went through both his internship and internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Long completed a second residency, specializing in dermatology, at the New York University (NYU) Langone Medical Center, which is one of the premier dermatology programs in the United States.
To ensure he’s always up-to-date in the latest medical advancements, Dr. Long maintains his fellowship with the American Academy of Dermatology, as well as his membership with the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Long is board certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Dermatology.
When Dr. Long is away from the clinic, he teaches residents and medical students at the NYU School of Medicine. He’s served as a professor at NYU for over 30 years. Dr. Long’s daughter, Dr. Wendy Long, works alongside him at the clinic.
