Zain Husain, MD, FAAD, is a dual board-certified dermatologist and Mohs micrographic surgeon at MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in Marlboro, New Jersey.

Dr. Husain was accepted into an accelerated and highly competitive seven-year dual program at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He graduated the BA/MD program with high academic honors and completed his residency training in dermatology at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, where he served as chief resident in his final year. 

He also completed a dual fellowship program in cosmetic dermatology and Mohs micrographic surgery at Montefiore Medical Center in the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Husain received extensive training in several cosmetic procedures, including body contouring, laser surgery, aesthetic injectables, as well as advanced skin cancer surgery. 

Upon completion of his fellowship training, he started his medical career working at a private practice in Washington, D.C. and worked as a clinical instructor of dermatology at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Lainey Ortiz, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Integrated Dermatology of NJ, located in East Brunswick, New Jersey. 

Mrs. Ortiz received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The College of William and Mary and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from LIU in Brooklyn, New York. He then attended UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and performed his residency in Dermatology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Michelle W. Ma, MD, FAAD is a Board Certified Dermatologist who completed her residency through the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in June 2017. Prior to medical school, Dr. Zouzias spent a year completing a student research fellowship in supportive onco-dermatology, studying the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation therapy on the skin. He worked under the mentorship of Beth McLellan, MD, the current chief of dermatology at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City.

Following medical school, Dr. Zouzias earned a Master of Business Administration at NYU’s Stern School of Business. Then, he went on to complete his medical internship at North Shore Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Manhasset, New York.

Dr. Zouzias continued his training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York, completing his dermatology residency program. Dr. Penzi completed her bachelor’s degree in biology and mathematical sciences at Loyola University Maryland, where she graduated summa cum laude. She went on to finish her medical degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society. After graduating, Dr. Penzi completed an internal medicine preliminary internship at NYU Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, New York, before pursuing an alopecia clinical and research fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She then furthered her training with a dermatology residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
