Michele Vallee, APRN has over a decade of experience in hospital, school and community settings caring for patients. Maged Boutros, MD, is the CEO and Medical director of Prevention Clinics who obesity board-certified and a board-certified internist who started Prevention Clinics, which has locations in Maywood and Clifton, New Jersey. 

Dr. Boutros started developing a deep interest in integrative medicine and obesity medicine at the end of his fourth year of practice when he was doing his fellowship in anti-aging and integrative medicine. In addition to being a caring and pleasant doctor, he is a dynamic leader and serves on multiple hospital committees to help implement positive change. With nearly 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Boutros has successfully assisted over 15,000 patients since 2003.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Felician University, then completed her Masters in Science in Nursing at Fairleigh Dickinson University before completing Dermatology training for three years at Advanced Laser and Skin Cancer Center under Dr. Gangaram Ragi. She is a member of the National Nursing Honors Society and the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. Olesya is also fluent in Ukrainian, Polish, and Russian.

Gautam Ahluwalia, MD is an internal medicine and primary care physician with over 25 years of experience delivering holistic, evidence-based care focused on optimizing patient outcomes and building long-term, patient-centered relationships. He earned his medical degree and completed his internal medicine residency at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi—India’s top-ranked medical institution.

Nicola Pemberton, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and the medical director of The Birth Center of New Jersey in West Union, New Jersey. A recognized leader in women’s health, Dr. Pemberton is passionate about helping women experience safe, empowering, and minimally invasive births.

Paolo T. Coppola, MD, FACEP, is an experienced physician who serves as the Medical Director for Victory Recovery Partners, which has locations in Farmingville, Shirley, and Massapequa, New York. Dr. Coppola is board-certified in Addiction Medicine and Emergency Medicine.  He relies on his years of experience providing medication-assisted treatment to people experiencing substance use disorders.

Dr. Coppola simultaneously earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics at New York University and a Bachelor of Engineering at The Cooper Union in New York in 1990. He completed his medical degree at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York.

Steven J. Salvatore, DO, is board-certified in emergency medicine and is the Chief Medical Officer at Victory Recovery Partners, which has locations in Farmingville, Shirley, and Massapequa, New York. 

A Long Island native, Dr. Salvatore majored in biology at Fordham University in The Bronx, New York, before completing a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at the NY College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York. He then completed a medical internship at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York City and a residency in emergency medicine at the Long Island Jewish Hospital in Lake Success, New York, which is currently part of the Northwell Healthcare System.
