Board-certified radiologist David Payne, MD, provides diagnostic radiology services to people of all ages at All County Radiology, his practice in the Fresh Meadows neighborhood of Queens. Dr. Payne offers comprehensive imaging services in New York City, including traumatic brain imaging, workers’ compensation, and no-fault accident cases.

Julia Granacki, NBC-HWC, is a board-certified Health & Wellness Coach and comprehensively trained Pilates instructor specializing in perimenopause, menopause, and the physical, emotional, and identity shifts that often accompany midlife.

As a multidisciplinary practitioner, Julia helps patients bridge the gap between knowing what may support their health and figuring out how to make those changes work in real life. Her coaching integrates evidence-based behavior change, movement, nutrition, stress management, sleep, and nervous system regulation, with an emphasis on helping patients better understand their bodies and become confident advocates for their own care.

Her approach is practical, collaborative, and human. Rather than relying on rigid rules or one-size-fits-all solutions, Julia helps patients develop realistic strategies that reflect their individual needs, priorities, and lives—with curiosity, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor.
