Gritz Pierre, MD, is the founder, owner, and medical director of Genesis Personal Healthcare Medicine based in New York City. He is a board-certified physician with dual certification in Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine and holds an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. His background combines extensive frontline clinical experience with formal training in healthcare management, supporting both the clinical and operational requirements of the Company.

Dr. Pierre maintains active medical licenses across multiple U.S. states, enabling nationwide telemedicine practice and supporting the Company’s multi-state service delivery model. His clinical experience spans high-acuity emergency departments, critical access hospitals, ICU-capable facilities, and inpatient hospital medicine settings. In addition, he has extensive outpatient experience working in rural clinics throughout Southern Illinois, providing primary and urgent care services in medically underserved communities.

His professional experience includes independent emergency medicine practice, nocturnist hospital medicine, and ICU-level patient management. Dr. Pierre has served in environments requiring autonomous decision-making, rapid clinical assessment, and coordination of complex care, including stabilization of critically ill patients prior to ICU admission or interfacility transfer.

He has also participated in healthcare fairs and community outreach events, providing physical examinations and preventive care services for local schools and community members.

In addition to his clinical background, Dr. Pierre’s MBA training provides experience in healthcare administration, operations, and financial oversight. This dual competency supports informed governance of Genesis Personal Healthcare Medicine, particularly in areas of regulatory compliance, provider oversight, and operational scalability.

Gigi Rusnak is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emory University, graduating magna cum laude, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University. Her passion for skin health began in fifth grade, when her own struggle with severe acne inspired her to pursue a career in dermatology. Over the past 6 years, Gigi has gained extensive experience in both medical dermatology and aesthetics, performing a wide range of treatments including injectables, laser procedures, and advanced skin rejuvenation techniques. Known for her warm bedside manner and thorough approach, Gigi takes time to educate each patient and design individualized treatment plans. She blends evidence-based medicine with an artistic eye to enhance each patient’s unique features, always striving for natural, balanced results that help clients look and feel their very best.

Todd Halper, MD, is a board-certified primary care doctor and family medicine physician at Halper Family Medicine in Rockville Centre and Bayport, New York. Dr. Halper grew up watching his father treat patients in his community and form lasting relationships throughout their care. Today, he works hard at his private practice to take care of his patients as if they’re members of his own family and helps them avoid getting ill with preventive care.

Dr. Halper earned his degree in medicine from the University of the West Indies Faculty of Medicine St. Augustine in Trinidad. He then moved back to his home state of New York for a residency in family practice at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset. In 2009 during this residency, his outstanding communication skills and knowledge were recognized when he earned the Resident Teacher Award.

Aaron Sternlicht is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Family Addiction Specialist, a boutique, private practice in New York City catering to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. As COO, Aaron oversees a highly dedicated team to ensure discreet, personalized, and exceptional care, managing all aspects of operations from admissions and scheduling to billing and health information management. In his role as CFO, he directs payor relations and financial strategy, ensuring the firm maintains the highest standards of service and patient outcomes.

Aaron’s career uniquely blends clinical expertise with business acumen. Dr. Raymond Zakhari is a triple board-certified nurse practitioner, certified in Adult Adolescent Health, Family Health, and Psychiatric Mental Health. He provides comprehensive care of both the mind and body.

He is on staff at New York-Presbyterian Hospital at Weill Cornell Medical Center/ Payne Whitney Clinic appointed to the department of internal medicine. In his private practice, Metro Medical Direct, he provides medical and psychiatric house calls for patients from adolescents to geriatrics with dual diagnosis addiction and mental illness. He provides medical supervision for home detox and provides medication-assisted therapy with Suboxone, naltrexone, and Vivitrol.

His extensive training and experience allow him to manage the medical conditions that may have developed from substance abuse.

Philadelphia native Khayriyyah Chandler, DO, is a Rutgers University Honors College and University of Medicine and Dentistry School of Osteopathic Medicine alumna and board certified family medicine physician, whose practice has included lifestyle and preventative medicine for over a decade. In addition she has a long practice of urgent care and telemedicine, as well as administrative experience. She is also a local orator and lifelong performer, with an extensive history in the local arts and youth programs that strengthen a strong belief in education and empowerment, particularly in communities of color. Personally, she is a doting mother of three, a "weekend" interior decorator, lover of travel and botanical gardens, romance novel reader, and double dutch enthusiast. Sarah J. Shah, DNP, APN, A-GNP-C is a board certified and doctorally prepared nurse practitioner who specialized in adult-gerontology primary care. She graduated as Summa cum laude, was honored with academic excellence, and as a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society from Rutgers School of Nursing in May 2022. She is dedicated to practicing holistic and preventative care for improved quality and longevity of life. Also, she is passionate about patient empowered healthcare and advocates for patients as a whole person rather than as defined by their diseases. Ashleigh Lemaire, MD, is a board-certified family physician who sees patients of all ages at Raritan Family Healthcare. Her particular interests include reproductive care, mental health, and weight management. Dr. Lemaire sees patients at the practice's offices in Raritan and Bedminster, New Jersey.

Dr. Lemaire began her career at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. After graduation, she worked at Duke University Hospital in oncology nursing for two and a half years before deciding to go back to school to pursue medicine.

Dr. Lemaire completed a post-baccalaureate program at the University of North Carolina in Chappel Hill before relocating to New Jersey with her husband. She was accepted to Rutgers RWJ University in New Brunswick for medical school, where she decided to pursue Family Medicine. 

After completing her family medicine residency at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where she served as chief resident, Dr. Lemaire began her practice. She is an active member of the American Academy of Family Medicine as well as the American Medical Association.

In her spare time, Dr. Lemaire enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. She looks forward to welcoming new and returning patients to Raritan Family Healthcare.
