Dr. Broadway has over 15 years of healthcare experience. She attended nursing school at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, then worked in the surgical/trauma intensive care unit (ICU) before earning her Doctorate in Nursing Practice.

Dr. Rebecca Nickell is an Osteopathic Physician who graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. She learned to love Colorado while completing her residency at Southern Colorado Family Medicine in Pueblo, Colorado. She enjoys treating the whole person, using a whole body rather than a disease focused approach to health and wellness. Her interests include general family medicine, well women care, osteopathic manipulation, mental health, and assisting with weight loss. She loves taking care of whole families from young children to their grandparents.
Dr Nickell grew up all over the South. After hearing about how her grandfather, a small-town family practice physician, really took care of his whole community, she knew it was her dream as well. When not practicing medicine, she loves spending time with her three daughters and extended family. She loves reading, live theater, sewing, and designing costumes for the whole family.
Dr. Ashleigh Sartor, MD is a graduate of Swedish Medical Center Family Medicine Residency. Prior to moving to Denver for residency, she received her medical degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, and undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Biology from Hope College in Michigan.
Dr. Sartor enjoys the opportunity that Family Medicine provides for forming therapeutic relationships with a large variety of patients. Dr. Sartor brings a broad scope of care to Altitude Internal Medicine and active in all aspects of medicine including Women’s Health and Pediatrics. I am Dr. Janna Gelderman-Moffett (she/her), a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician and a North American Menopause Practitioner (NCMP). This uncommon combination allows me to manage complex needs with both an evidence-based and lifestyle medicine approach.
My vision is of a practice that bridges the gaps left unfilled in the traditional medical world. A place that feels welcome, safe, and healing. A staff that helps you navigate the ever confusion world of medical care. A knowledgeable physician who knows you and cares for you with whom you can discuss things and be heard and together you make a shared decision of how to go forward.
As a child of physicians, I grew up believing that everyone deserved individualized health care consisting of a thoughtful provider who delivered the best care supported by sound evidence. I chose to go to osteopathic medical school in favor of a encompassing approach to medicine. The core tenet of osteopathy is that ‘if you take the pressures off the body, the body will heal itself’. I have always felt that medical care should embrace all aspects of our life.
Throughout my medical career, I have tried to make a difference for my team, my colleagues, and most importantly my patients. Having served as Chief of Medicine, I have witnessed firsthand how ineffective and broken the medical system is- full of cumbersome waits, short, hurried visits, and strict insurance limitations. Too often patients feel stranded, and physicians hamstrung with little room to direct effective patient care. Patients wind up unnecessarily in the ER feeling alone, costing themselves and the healthcare system thousands of dollars.
Zephyr Health will bring empowering and thoughtful personalized care into reality. I believe that with a membership model that operates outside of insurance limitations, I can amplify preventative care. Concierge care is for those interested in membership with 24/7 access and unlimited appointments that allow for time to discuss your concerns, past, present, or future. We aim to develop rich and personable relationships that reinforce trust. Outside of membership, we offer same/next-day consultations for chart reviews, urgent medical concerns, women’s health consults, pre-operation physicals, and more.
In addition to excellent care, we will serve as a medical home where all are welcome. Regardless of gender or sexual orientation, everyone is entitled to a provider that prioritizes their wellbeing!
“Dr. Gelderman-Moffett Listened to my symptoms and asked pointed questions to obtain additional information that I did not think to share. Options for treatment were explained in detail to allow for my participation in selecting the “best for me” option. The education she has provided has been in depth and appreciated. ”
Rainer is a Nurse Practitioner with a direct primary care practice. He takes a unique and integrative approach to medicine, believing that it is just as important to find and treat the root cause of disease as it is to treat the symptoms. He is frustrated with the modern healthcare system, which he believes does not allow for sufficient time for counseling and education to effectively treat the root causes of disease.
His integrative approach to medicine combines conventional Western medicine with complementary and alternative medicine practices. He believes that the best approach to healthcare is one that addresses the whole person, including their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Rainer is passionate about providing his patients with the best possible care. He believes that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their financial situation. He is committed to helping his patients achieve their health goals and live their best lives.
Timothy Mazzola, MD, is triple board-certified in family medicine, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal ultrasound. He practices as a non-operative orthopedic and regenerative medicine specialist at Breakthrough Regenerative Orthopedics in Boulder, Colorado. His enduring professional passion is to bring restoration, healing, and hope to those looking to return to the life they love and be the people they are called to be.
Dr. Mazzola formerly worked as a non-operative orthopedic specialist at Cornerstone Orthopedics for eight years and was a United States Air Force Academy team physician.
Passionate about teaching, Dr. Mazzola is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Colorado in Boulder, teaching family medicine residents. He is a national expert and highly sought-after physician educator who has taught musculoskeletal and sports ultrasound for many years at the Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute and Advanced US courses at the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine National Conferences.
As a leader in the field, he recently co-authored a chapter on using ultrasound-guided techniques in regenerative medicine procedures in one of the first textbooks on regenerative orthopedics, titled "Regenerative Treatments in Sports and Orthopedic Medicine," edited by Drs. Malanga and Ibrahim.
Apart from his passion for bringing restoration and healing to those God sends his way, he is blessed to have recently celebrated 25 years of marriage to his heroic and amazingly compassionate bride. They have been blessed with two amazing sons, each gifted with strength, kindness, brilliance, and leadership.
In his free time, you may find Dr. Mazzola cranking his bike up a trail, flowing down a mountain through powder, or, if he's lucky, riding great waves with good friends.
“Dr Mazzola has been a life-saver for me as I am an American Sign Language interpreter and a runner. As arthritis has developed with age and use in my hands and knees, I have found his treatments to be the answer I needed to keep myself active and working. Not sure what I’d have done without him!”
I believe I'm here to help you make an informed decision about your heath. It's not my job to tell patients what to do but to empower patients to make healthy decisions for themselves.
Nonjudgemental, thorough, holistic and evidence-based, I look at every angle to provide the best options for every patient.

Patients at Rocky Mountain Wound Care Specialists always see their doctor, not a mid-level provider. Because the center operates from a physician’s office, patients don’t pay the additional exorbitant facility fees that hospital-based wound care centers charge. This is especially helpful for Medicare patients since hospital-based wound care centers charge costly copays at every visit.
Rocky Mountain Wound Care Specialists believes in patient-centered wound care, always focusing on removing the stress from healing. The center makes recovery accessible, so don’t hesitate to call the office or book an appointment online today.
