Raised in Colleyville, Texas, Regina graduated from Colleyville Heritage High School. She then received her Bachelor of Science degree at Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude. Regina majored in biology and secondary education.

Regina later graduated with an associate’s degree in medical assisting from Butler County Community College in Butler, Pennsylvania, in 2016 and began her career in Dermatology. In 2018, Regina received a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Rutgers University in New Jersey. She worked at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Dermatology Clinic treating patients, as a study coordinator for psoriasis studies, and preceptor for Physician Assistant students. She is currently a member of the Texas Association of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Regina is excited to join the Heights Dermatology team. She practices medical dermatology and performs skin cancer surgeries and other skin procedures. Regina enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, knitting, traveling, and reading science fiction in her free time.

Brandi Burnett is a board certified family nurse practitioner with 6 years of experience all spent in community health. Brandi is a Master’s level graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington. She worked as a nurse for 8 years prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. She is a member of the American Associations of Nurse Practitioners and has a certificate in nurse education. Community health is her passion and where she feels she can make the biggest impact. Brandi is an East Texas native but resides in Dallas/Fort Worth area now with her husband and 3 children. My name is Sade Briscoe, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. I have been a nurse for 8 years, most recently obtaining my Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in 2021. I have worked in telemetry, medical-surgical, and skilled nursing settings. I am an active member of American Association of Nurse Practitioner’s (AANP). Harman P. Kaur, MD is a Board-Certified Physician who practices Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology at Belt Line Medical Clinic for patients in Mesquite, Garland, Forney, Sunnyvale, and the surrounding areas in the DFW Metroplex. She provides individualized care for all common medical conditions including specialized treatment for diabetes, hypertension, cancer prevention, allergies, asthma, obesity, high cholesterol, anemia, thyroid disorders, COPD, and sleep apnea. She understands that not all patients are the same, and customizes solutions to health problems that are specific to each person's overall social, and physical needs.

Dr. Kaur has worked at various hospitals and clinics in the Dallas-Fort Worth area including Baylor Hospitals, Texas Regional Medical Center, and the Cancer Institute of Dallas in Duncanville, Texas. She opened Belt Line Medical Clinic in an effort to provide personalized health care that is rooted in dignity, compassion, respect, and quality for every patient. Dr. Harman P. Kaur has trained at some of the best training programs in the country. Before coming to the US, she finished medical school at Lady Hardinge Medical College in New Delhi, India where she graduated in the Top 10% of her class. She completed her internship at the Internal Medicine Residency Program in Spokane, Washington (an affiliate of the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA) and then her Residency at SUNY-Buffalo Internal Medicine Residency Program in Buffalo, NY. Her Fellowship Training in Oncology was at the nationally - acclaimed Wilmot Cancer Institute in Rochester, NY. This experienced was followed with a Faculty Position at Roswell Park Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY before moving to the Dallas area with her family. She has also co-authored various book chapters in medical textbooks which are used in teaching programs across the country.

Dr. Kaur is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. In her free time, Dr. Kaur enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and volunteering time at the local Sikh Temple where she focuses on her faith, Sikhism. 

Ms. Wright has been a Parker County resident since 2019 and a nurse for 20+ years. She grew up with an extraordinary passion of caring for others. Starting nursing school immediately after graduating high school in 1998 became her highest priority. Crystal has worked as a nurse for years in the McClennan and Bosque Counties. Her drive to provide more for her patients pushed her to continue her education. While working as a nurse she obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing and her Nurse Practitioner Certification from the University of Texas Arlington in 2019. Ms. Wright moved to Springtown in 2019 where she has spent the last 3 years practicing as a traveling Nurse Practitioner, providing home-based clinical visits and telehealth visits. As a believer in God’s timing the opportunity presented itself to partner with Dr. Wooten and Total Care Chiropractic to form Total Care Health Services.

I graduated as a doctor in Cuba at the University of Havana in 1986.I have been working since that date without interruption. In 2007 I arrived in this wonderful country. I got ARNP in 2018. and I'm working as a FNP since that date.

Jennifer is a board-certified nurse practitioner with eleven years of combined primary care experience as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Angelo State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in human development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University. She became a nurse practitioner solely to better serve her patients.

I graduated from Midwestern State University and completed a Master of Science degree in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington. Then began my healthcare career as a Registered Nurse, working in case management, postpartum care, and as a PICC nurse. I have previous experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in an urgent care setting. I am passionate about providing quality health care and creating open lines of communication between my patients and all members of their care teams. I am a Wise County native and enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters, attending church, gardening, and cooking.

Micah received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from West Virginia University in 2013. She spent four years working in the Neonatal ICU at WVU Medicine. Micah earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2017 from the University of Cincinnati and is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Aside from her experience in functional and family medicine, Micah has extensive experience in weight loss.

Before pursuing her Nurse Practitioner career, she traveled the country for several years with her husband in a fifth wheel. When she's not working, Micah is usually chasing around her two young daughters. She enjoys exercising, being outdoors, and traveling with her family.

Dr. Rory Allen practices Family and Occupational medicine and serves as medical director at MyFitMed. He believes in healthy and happy living and focuses mostly on preventative medicine. He provides superior bare and exceptional services to all his patients.

Dr. Allen graduated from UNT Health Science Center in Ft. Worth Texas with DO. Prior to become DO, he completed BBA. During his college years he participated in a church mission to Japan. He loves to travel and enjoys the beauty of the outdoors as well as many outdoor activities with his family such as scuba diving and snow skiing. He focuses on fitness and overall enjoys living a happy healthy lifestyle.

Outside of work Dr. Allen spends most of his time with his wife Ashley, and 8 children. Four of which are currently attending college. He has 4 grandchildren and 3 more of the way.
