I do have to mention that the office/admin side of the practice needs improvement. They don’t pick up or return calls in a timely manner. Requests are set aside for an extended period of time. For example it took four months for them to send me a doctor’s note for my Flexible Spending Account reimbursement. They are very sweet and fast at saying “yes they will” but don’t follow through. Yesterday, I had requested that they email the receipt for my payment; it’s been over 24 hours and I still haven’t gotten it. It takes several iterations before they actually deliver. I overheard a couple of patients complaining to them about the same thing.”

Dr. Paula Zand is a Board-Certified Family Physician specializing in Dermatology. She earned her undergraduate degree from UC Davis in 2003, her M.D. from St. George's University in 2012, and was honored to be selected as Chief Resident of her Family Medicine Residency in New York City in 2016.
