Lisa shares her well-honed nursing skills with her patients at Neuro Pain Consultants as well as her nursing students at Oakland Community College, where she serves as a member of the adjunct nursing faculty.
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Saginaw Valley State University in University Center, Michigan. She completed her education at Wayne State University in Detroit, where she earned a Master of Science degree in nursing.
For more than three decades, Lisa has served patients in both inpatient and office settings, delivering high-quality patient care as well as health education and disease prevention. She previously served as nurse practitioner at Beaumont North Pointe Heart Center, William Beaumont Weight Control Center, and Beaumont St. Clair Shores Internists.

She groomed specialized skills in pain management while serving as a pre-operative/recovery nurse in diverse clinical settings, such as surgical intensive care and trauma units. Previously, Marlene worked for the American Surgical Centers and William Beaumont Hospital. I earned my bachelor’s degree in biology from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI before attending medical school at USE School of Medicine and graduating with high honors. After completing my Family medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital in affiliation with the Wayne State University School of Medicine, I then completed an emergency medicine fellowship in affiliation with TeamHealth at St Ritas Medical Center, Mercy Health.
