Celeena earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Oakland University, establishing a solid foundation in the biological sciences. Building on this, she pursued advanced studies and graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Michigan - Flint. This comprehensive education equipped Celeena with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional care to patients.
With a specific passion for empowering women in their health and wellness, Celeena fosters a supportive environment through patient education, open communication, and personalized care. Her unique blend of academic excellence, clinical proficiency, and a warm, personable demeanor positions her to significantly contribute to the well-being of women in the community. In addition to her vital role in the office, Celeena will also conduct rounds at Troy Beaumont Hospital alongside physicians and midwives, ensuring well-rounded healthcare delivery in diverse settings.
Beyond the confines of the medical world, Celeena loves exploring new experiences and cultural insights through travel. Cherishing moments with family and friends is a priority for her. In addition to human companionship, she shares her home with a loving Goldendoodle and a chatty parrot.
Nicole Lape, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant serving patients throughout Rochester Hills, Troy and Lenox, Michigan. She is proud to be able to provide high-quality women's health care at Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C.
Nicole attended the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and The University of Detroit Mercy. In 2002, she began her career as a Physician Assistant in surgery and high-risk obstetrics.
During her time working in surgery and high-risk obstetrics, Nicole quickly found her passion in Women's Health. She is humbled and grateful to care for women and their families during one of the most miraculous times in life. She is especially interested in Diabetes in Pregnancy and Nutrition.
When not caring for patients, Nicole enjoys the beautiful state of Michigan, being active outdoors, and spending time with her two children. She is thrilled to be a part of the Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C., team!
Madison Frick, PA-C, is a compassionate and dedicated physician assistant specializing in women’s health at Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology. With a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, she is excited to serve the communities of Rochester Hills, Lenox, and Troy, Michigan.
Before pursuing her career as a physician assistant, Madison earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. During this time, she spent over two years working as a medical scribe with Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, where she gained valuable experience alongside skilled physicians. Madison then went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University, further honing her expertise in women’s health.
Madison is dedicated to creating a supportive, open environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She is passionate about educating women on their health options, promoting informed decision-making, and helping patients take an active role in their healthcare. In addition to her clinical work in the office, Madison also serves patients in the triage department, ensuring comprehensive care across all aspects of patient needs.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as her three French bulldogs. She also loves running and exploring new travel destinations.
Alison is a board-certified PA with hands-on experience in both emergency and urgent care medicine. Alison is driven by a deep commitment to and passion for pediatric care while striving to make a positive impact on children's overall health and well-being. Alison earned her undergraduate degree at Oakland University then went on to get her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Detroit Mercy.
