John Efthyvoulidis, DO, is a family medicine physician at Rochester Primary Care. He is proud to provide exceptional health care services to the community of Rochester Hills, Michigan.
Dr. Efthyvoulidis has called Rochester Hills home since he was 12 years old. He attended Oakland University for his undergraduate studies, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in political science along with two minors in international relations and philosophy. He went on to complete medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Efthyvoulidis completed a residency in family medicine at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. During residency, he served as one of 12 members of the resident council for the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP). He served as chief resident during his final year and became board certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
Upon graduation, Dr. Efthyvoulidis accepted a position with Rochester Primary Care. He is honored and thoroughly excited to return back to his hometown and serve the community which he has grown so fond of.
Dr. Efthyvoulidis's interest in practicing medicine stems from a focus on preventative and community health, with an opportunity to treat both acute and chronic conditions across various age groups. He loves the variety that each day brings with family medicine and enjoys performing office procedures to help his patients reach optimal health.
Outside of work, Dr. Efthyvoulidis enjoys spending time with friends and family, learning to play piano, and learning about and collecting watches.
Neil Jaddou MD has been a practicing physician for over 20 years. He provides comprehensive medical care for adults and children at Somerset Family Medicine SFM. A widely respected member of the Troy and Sterling Heights communities, Dr. Jaddou enjoys working with a diverse group of patients throughout the Detroit area. Dr. Jaddou graduated with honors from Wayne State University Medical School, which is one of the top medical schools in the country. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at St. John Hospital before transferring to Detroit Medical Center to complete a residency in family practice. Today, Dr. Jaddou is a board-certified family doctor and is a member of the medical staff at Beaumont Troy and Royal Oak, St. John, Henry Ford and DMC hospitals. Throughout his medical career, Dr. Jaddou has earned many awards and academic distinctions. The Somerset Family Medicine SFM office recently won an award from Genesys Health System for high levels of patient satisfaction. Dr. Jaddou seeks to provide his patients with friendly, knowledgeable, affordable medical care. He believes that patient bio-social aspect and the stress of his or her environment affects the patient's condition. He involves his patients in the decision-making process. He takes pride in treating patients from many different cultural and ethnic backgrounds, and his office provides each patient with plenty of one-on-one attention. An active medical researcher and writer, he brings the latest medical technology and research to patient care. Dr. Jaddou authors a monthly health column in the Troy-Somerset Gazette. He’s also a clinical professor of Family Medicine and Community Health at Wayne State University Medical School and Oakland Beaumont Medical School where he teaches medical students to become skilled and compassionate doctors.

Thera Radney was born and raised in Detroit Michigan. She has first-hand knowledge of the healthcare disparities commonly faced by individuals residing in the inner city. Her direct knowledge of healthcare disparities fueled her passion to become a healthcare provider with a mission to address healthcare disparities all while providing exceptional patient care to every patient that she encounters. Thera graduated from South University in 2016. She has several years of inpatient and outpatient practice experience. Thera is especially interested in women's health issues. Thera has seven years of experience in the study and prevention of infectious diseases. Thera is a woman of faith who loves spending time with her family, traveling, and is an avid reader.

Dr. Wonho Gil is a board certified family physician in the US as well as a breast surgeon (surgical oncologist) with over 15 years of experience in South Korea. He completed the Henry Ford family medicine residency program and achieved the American Board certification of Family Medicine in 2021.
Dr. Gil was a Professor of Breast and Thyroid department at the Samsung Medical Center in South Korea. During his years at SMC he performed over 1,000 cases of breast surgery including breast cancer surgery and benign breast mass removal, and also performed countless cases of breast ultrasound and core needle biopsy including Mammotome excision.
As a renowned breast surgeon and medical researcher who has published his findings in over 50 research papers to high-ranking SCI journals, Dr. Gil's name was published in the Marquis "Who's who in the world" of 2016.

Dr. James Lewerenz is a Board Certified Physician in Family Practice. He did his residency in Family/General Practice and Emergency Medicine at Garden City Hospital, Beaumont Hospital, and Henry Ford Hospital. He received his degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (now known as A.T. Still University) in Kirksville, Missouri. He is an active staff physician at Beaumont Hospital, Botsford Hospital, and St. John Hospital. Dr. Lewerenz is an Assistant Clinical Professor at MSU, and an active member of American Academy of Anti-Aging and Restorative Medicine, American Academy of Osteopathic Medicine, American Medical Association, and American College of Osteopathic Physicians.
