Nicole attended the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and The University of Detroit Mercy. In 2002, she began her career as a Physician Assistant in surgery and high-risk obstetrics.
During her time working in surgery and high-risk obstetrics, Nicole quickly found her passion in Women's Health. She is humbled and grateful to care for women and their families during one of the most miraculous times in life. She is especially interested in Diabetes in Pregnancy and Nutrition.
When not caring for patients, Nicole enjoys the beautiful state of Michigan, being active outdoors, and spending time with her two children. She is thrilled to be a part of the Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C., team!

Madison Frick, PA-C, is a compassionate and dedicated physician assistant specializing in women’s health at Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology. With a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, she is excited to serve the communities of Rochester Hills, Lenox, and Troy, Michigan.
Before pursuing her career as a physician assistant, Madison earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. During this time, she spent over two years working as a medical scribe with Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, where she gained valuable experience alongside skilled physicians. Madison then went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University, further honing her expertise in women’s health.
Madison is dedicated to creating a supportive, open environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She is passionate about educating women on their health options, promoting informed decision-making, and helping patients take an active role in their healthcare. In addition to her clinical work in the office, Madison also serves patients in the triage department, ensuring comprehensive care across all aspects of patient needs.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as her three French bulldogs. She also loves running and exploring new travel destinations.

If there’s anything Marlene Hamama, RN, BSN, MSN, NP, enjoys more than caring for and interacting with patients, it’s being part of a team of highly motivated medical professionals. Marlene is a certified adult nurse practitioner at Neuro Pain Consultants with four convenient locations in the metropolitan Detroit region: Bloomfield Hills, Clarkston, Macomb Township, and West Bloomfield, Michigan.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Marlene continued on to Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan, where she earned her master’s degree in nursing with advanced training for the full scope of nurse practitioner.
She groomed specialized skills in pain management while serving as a pre-operative/recovery nurse in diverse clinical settings, such as surgical intensive care and trauma units. Previously, Marlene worked for the American Surgical Centers and William Beaumont Hospital.
She brings her passion for patient care and her commitment to helping patients maintain their health to her work as a member of the Neuro Pain Consultants medical staff.

Provenzano, MSN, RN, NP, is a certified adult nurse practitioner and clinical nurse specialist at Neuro Pain Consultants with four convenient locations in the metropolitan Detroit region: Bloomfield Hills, Clarkston, Macomb Township, and West Bloomfield, Michigan. Lisa shares her well-honed nursing skills with her patients at Neuro Pain Consultants as well as her nursing students at Oakland Community College, where she serves as a member of the adjunct nursing faculty.
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Saginaw Valley State University in University Center, Michigan. She completed her education at Wayne State University in Detroit, where she earned a Master of Science degree in nursing.
For more than three decades, Lisa has served patients in both inpatient and office settings, delivering high-quality patient care as well as health education and disease prevention. She previously served as nurse practitioner at Beaumont North Pointe Heart Center, William Beaumont Weight Control Center, and Beaumont St. Clair Shores Internists.
