She began her quest to become a Certified Physician’s Assistant at Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, where she majored in Biology and was part of the honor program. About 'Joan' Qiong Wang
‘Joan’ Qiong Wang is a board-certified family and primary care nurse practitioner at Prima Medicine in Fairfax and South Riding, Virginia. Joan has over 20 years of clinical nursing experience, working with diverse patients, from HIV/AIDS patients to those in intensive care units. With each patient, Joan seeks to bring compassion into every interaction.

Kevin Griffiths, MD, is board-certified in nephrology and internal medicine. Narayan Dharel, MD, PhD, joined Gastroenterology Associates of Fredericksburg – which has locations in Fredericksburg and Stafford, Virginia – in July 2015 after completing a fellowship in gastroenterology and transplant hepatology at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Dr. Dharel completed his residency training at Cornell University affiliate Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in New York.
