I founded Broderick Healthcare in 2020 with a simple belief: people heal best when they feel truly seen, supported, and understood. As a dual board-certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience, I care for patients of all ages and focus on the full connection between physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
I hold graduate degrees from the University of Massachusetts and the Boston University School of Public Health, where my work centered on strategies to prevent and treat postpartum depression in both men and women. My work as a former sexual assault nurse examiner also shaped my commitment to providing trauma-informed, judgment-free care.
As a solo provider, I work closely with individuals and families who are looking for thoughtful, unrushed, whole-person care. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, perinatal mental health, and the complex interplay of mind and body. My patients often tell me they appreciate my warm, collaborative approach - and that, for the first time, they feel like someone is truly listening.
I offer 90-minute intake & 60-minute follow-up appointments, so I have the time to explore every aspect of your health and your story. My practice includes primary care, therapy and psychiatric medication management, and aesthetic services such as Botox® and Radiesse®, all delivered with the same commitment to safety, comfort, and individualized treatment.

Dr. Testani is a board-certified family medicine physician originally from Trumbull, Connecticut. She earned her undergraduate degree from Denison University, where she majored in Biology, minored in Spanish, and was a standout student-athlete on the field hockey team. Her dedication on and off the field earned her a place on the National Academic All-American Squad.
She went on to receive her medical degree from Campbell University, where she was honored with the Overall Distinguished Clinical Scholar Award in Family Medicine for her graduating class. Dr. Testani then completed her residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where she served as chief resident and pursued a concentration in women’s health.
Dr. Testani is passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate care to individuals and families. Her special interests include women’s health, sports medicine, pediatrics, mental health, and addressing the social determinants of health.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Testani enjoys running, reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her cat.
We would like to welcome Dr. Donald Perlo, MD to our team! Dr. Perlo will be joing our practice in February 2024. He is an Internal Medicine doctor with over 20 year of experience. He graduated from Harvard with an AB degree in anthropolgy, then went to Tufts University where he graduated with his post-baccalaureate in pre-med courses, he then earned his medical degree at Jefferson medical College in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Perlo will be seeing patients on Monday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's. His hobbies include: Running, cycling, hiking, learning to play fiddle and flute, writing, making maple syrup and canning jams in season. He also loves a great Broadway musical; old George Carlin, Monty Python, and SCTV clips; and delighting his kids with Dad jokes. Dr. Perlo sees patients ages 18 & up.
Wendee Amero, APRN, is an advanced practice registered nurse at Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine’s Derry, New Hampshire, office. She enjoys caring for her patients ages 12 and older and exceeding their primary care needs.
Wendee graduated with a master’s degree from Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire. She maintains her advanced nursing credentials with continuing education to stay up to date with the latest advances in primary care medicine and is a member of numerous professional organizations.
Wendee has many years of experience caring for patients in a variety of settings. She offers physicals, wellness checkups, sick visits, and more to maximize patients’ health and wellness. She specializes in all aspects of primary care medicine, from women’s and men’s health to chronic disease management and preventive medicine. She takes a holistic, integrative approach when evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients for a wide array of conditions.
In her free time, Wendee enjoys spending time with family and friends. She welcomes her patients to Southern New Hampshire International Medicine and looks forward to caring for them.
Dr. John Andrea is a board-certified physician in both Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. He completed his medical training with a Family Medicine residency at Fairfax Family Practice in Virginia, followed by a Sports Medicine Fellowship at INOVA Fairfax, graduating in 2021.
As a primary care physician, Dr. Andrea cares for patients of all ages and has special interests in non-operative orthopedics, sports medicine, musculoskeletal ultrasound, procedures, injections, and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM). He is passionate about prevention, staying active at every stage of life, and building long-term relationships with his patients. Dr. Andrea stays current through ongoing education and sports medicine training and also volunteers with the U.S. Olympics. Outside the office, he enjoys the outdoors, gardening, Boston sports, and spending time with his family—often fueled by a cappuccino or Dunkin’ macchiato. Dr. Andrea looks forward to meeting you!
Dr. Paul MacDonald is a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional with a strong academic background and a commitment to providing excellent medical care to his patients. He was born and raised in the greater Boston area and has recently relocated to New Hampshire to embrace the lifestyle and opportunities offered in the Granite State.
Dr. MacDonald earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Holy Cross College, where he developed a passion for healthcare. He continued his education at Boston University, where he received his medical degree, furthering his journey toward becoming a physician.
Following the completion of his medical degree, Dr. MacDonald pursued his residency at the University of Michigan. This rigorous training allowed him to refine his medical skills and gain valuable experience in various aspects of patient care. His time at the University of Michigan was instrumental in shaping him into the knowledgeable and compassionate physician he is today.
In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. MacDonald has a fulfilling personal life. He cherishes spending quality time with his family, particularly enjoying moments with his son. Dr. Jennifer T. Jones is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than 25 years of experience in providing comprehensive primary care to adult patients. Dr. Jones is dedicated to helping her patients live their healthiest, most fulfilling lives.
She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Jones completed her internship at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, New York, and went on to complete her internal medicine residency at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center at Pennsylvania State University.
Dr. Jones chose internal medicine and primary care because of her passion for building lasting relationships with patients and supporting them through every stage of adult life. Dr. Jones takes an osteopathic approach to her care but does not provider Osteopathic Manipulation Services. She finds joy in helping solve medical problems that improve her patients' quality of life and is continually inspired by their resilience and dedication to wellness.

Dr. Rajesh Shoor is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with extensive experience providing compassionate, high-quality care. He earned his Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and went on to complete his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Stratford, NJ. Dr. Shoor completed his residency training in Internal Medicine in 2005 at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark.
Following residency, Dr. Shoor served as a physician in the U.S. Army, including a 15-month deployment in Iraq, where he cared for soldiers in demanding environments. In 2008, he relocated to Southern New Hampshire, where he has since been dedicated to serving the local community through roles at Parkland Medical Center in Derry and Catholic Medical Center in Manchester.

Patrick Carolan, PA-C, is a dedicated physician assistant at Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine in Derry, New Hampshire. Patrick has experience working in multiple health care disciplines to advocate for the best outcomes for his patients.
Patrick attended the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire, where he received his Bachelor of Science in biology in 2015. He then went on to attend the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University in Boston, Massachusetts, where he attained his physician assistant master’s degree, becoming certified in the field of medicine.
He discovered his passion for emergency and internal medicine during his master’s program, where he had the opportunity to perform rotations at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton, Massachusetts, and Lowell General Hospital in Lowell, Massachusetts. He also served at multiple outpatient internal medicine practices, gaining vast knowledge in providing health care. Shortly after completing his education, he joined the Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine team in 2019.
Outside of the office, Mr. Carolan enjoys traveling, hiking, and restoring old or damaged furniture. He welcomes patients 16 and older to the practice and looks forward to meeting their needs.
Thomas Hong, MD, is an expert internal medicine physician at Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine in Windham, New Hampshire. He is board-certified in internal medicine and joined Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine in 2003.
Dr. Hong received his Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, and his Doctor of Medicine from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. He finished his medical training with a residency at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts, and maintains his medical credentials with continuing education. Dr. Hong enjoys helping his patients age 12 and older achieve exceptional health and a better quality of life.

Dr. Andrew Schultz started with SNHIMA as an Internal Medicine resident in 2022, working out of the Windham, NH office as part of a rotation through his residency program. Previously, he was an Internal Medicine resident at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. During his time at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, he discovered a passion for primary care and enjoyed mentoring younger doctors and medical students.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Currently residing in Nashua, NH with his wife, he enjoys spending his free time outdoors doing yard work, jogging around his neighborhood, or sitting by a fire with a craft beer and music. He is grateful to be a part of the SNHIMA organization and looks forward to serving the people of Southern New Hampshire for years to come.
