About Jerry
Born and raised in Pulaski, TN, but moved to Nashville in 2021. I was previously a high school teacher (chemistry, physical science, biology, health, PE, strength and conditioning) and football coach. I decided to transition into strength & conditioning because I felt like I could help people who were trying to improve themselves.
Personal Philosophy
All people/bodies have the capability of being strong and resilient. I believe in challenging clients in order to improve from whatever state they are in and develop a lifelong mindset of continued improvement and progression.
Greatest Success
I always enjoy when clients experience success regardless of how trivial it seems. Assisting people in building confidence in themselves.

About Deb
Deb has over 25 years of in-hospital experience as a registered nurse. She has taught group fitness at Burn Boot Camp and has been a Personal Trainer for 3 years.
Why Deb Was Drawn to the Health and Wellness Industry?
I have been a fitness enthusiast for most of my life. This passion increased as I embarked on my nursing career. Working with so many sick patients, I became focused on doing whatever I could to increase their quality of life. I found through Personal Training I could approach wellness from a point of health rather than sickness and still focus on helping people to increase their quality of life.

Deb focuses on holistic wellness and taking a client's goals and creating a fun and challenging workout. She incorporates strength, mobility, HIIT and balance work.
What to expect when working with Deb?
First and foremost, I want to provide you with a great workout. I want to help you reach your fitness goals in a fun and engaging manner. This is your time and commitment and I feel privileged to explore this fitness journey with you.

Why were you drawn to the health and wellness industry?
I think when the mind body and spirit are all in alignment, that’s when someone truly feels their best and I'm always looking at every situation with hopes to find a solution to achieve that happiness. I’m very fortunate to have the want and ability to pass that along to others!

You’re going to work hard but you're going to love how you feel after.
